MoRE Properties Group is a Chicago-based value-add redeveloper of industrial and flex real estate. We run every stage in-house: underwriting, acquisition and due diligence, design and planning, construction management, leasing, and property management, and we fund acquisitions through existing cash flow and established lender relationships. Owning the whole process is what lets us move quickly, close with certainty, and hold every building to the same standard.
That standard exists for our tenants: entrepreneurial, growing businesses that need space working as hard as they do. Because we own and manage every building ourselves, we stay close to the people inside them, and when our tenants grow, we grow with them.
Suites from 500 to 50,000 SF across five Northwest Chicago buildings. Start small, expand within the portfolio as your business grows.
Every building is fully repositioned. New roofs, skylights, LED lighting, polished concrete, upgraded power, keyless access, and updated bathrooms. Clean, secure, and move-in ready.
Loading docks, drive-in doors, 10′–23′ clear heights, and heavy 3-phase power. Space engineered for businesses that actually make, store, and move things.
Spaces are delivered finished, not promised. Most suites are ready now.
Adam Moschin is the founder and principal of MoRE Properties Group. With more than twenty years of commercial real estate experience, he leads the firm's acquisitions, redevelopment, and leasing, building MoRE into an owner-operated value-add platform in Northwest Chicago's industrial and flex market. Since founding the firm in 2022, Adam has acquired and repositioned five multi-tenant industrial and flex properties totaling approximately 200,000 square feet, now home to nearly twenty entrepreneurial businesses.
Before founding MoRE, Adam spent more than two decades in commercial real estate leasing. He served as Vice President of Leasing at Clark Street Real Estate from 2015 to 2018, a boutique firm specializing in the development and redevelopment of retail, industrial, and mixed-use properties. Prior to that, he spent twelve years as Vice President of Leasing at Tucker Development, a firm that has developed, redeveloped, acquired, entitled, or advised on over seven million square feet of retail and mixed-use property.
